We just got back from Xcaret and it was absolutely amazing! Hands down the BEST all-inclusive resort ever!! The food, service, show's and location were all incredible. You definitely need to check it out for your next trip, all worth it!!

This hotel is amazing, this was a spring break vacation for the family and quite honestly it was very impressive How clean the facility was, the resort is huge probably one of the biggest ones that we’ve stayed at and to be able to maintain the aesthetic and cleanliness on something this large was impressive. The staff was very helpful and guiding us through the resort. I do feel like this place could benefit from having golf carts available to get to different areas of the resort, besides that everything was amazing and highly recommended for families

Great family stay. Had alot of fun and staff was very helpful. One thing I wish I knew is that if you make reservations to be picked up and transported to Xel-Ha, Xplor or any park and you don’t end up going you get charged. Even though it’s included in the hotel all inclusive to all parks.
