“If you’re looking to escape the city and truly relax, this is the perfect place. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Although it’s an all-inclusive vegan resort, but we are not vegan , so we also enjoyed the fish and steak—they were delicious! The drinks were exceptional, and the staff was amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. “Every worker was friendly worked hard! Worked hard even during the rain. The guys working to remove the sargassum worked so hard and did amazing job. Didn’t care for the food.”

“As someone who has gone twice to the resort back to back(2025-2026) Resort was amazing as always good is great customer service is amazing Down side I just came back June 14th 2026 and they are remodeling views and pools look like they need to be touched up (has a bit of mold and missing tiles within the pool on the side and bottom. Lastly they have this promo where you can experience another of there resorts which is cool but in reality there’s a catch (which is okay ) You have to listen……

“The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which made the stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. What I liked most was the overall cleanliness and the helpful service. The property was quiet and conveniently located. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property to other travellers.”

“Nice and safe property for tourists, live vibes and great place for family and couple vacation. A lot of food choices at the buffet. Overall, Cafe Maya is our favourite for coffee and smoothies. Staff are friendly and helpful for the most part, but not top tier. The only disappointment was, you can only booked 2 restaurants out of the 4, where some other resorts offer all of them.”

“Nice clean property with comfy beds, got kept up until the early hours even with ear plugs in though due to nearby noise. We live above 2 train lines at home so I’m used to noise! ”
