“Las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar, es simplemente hermoso. Nos toco un cuarto precioso frente a la piscina en el segundo piso pero la primera noche fue incómodo por que teniamos un sliding door sin cortinas y el agua tenia un olor feo. El dueño fue muy atento, nos cambio de cuarto y el resto de los dias fueron perfectos. Disfrutamos de la piscina, tenemos fotos muy lindas y estabamos cerca de todo. Lo recomiendo si busca tranquilidad.”

“Es buena opción si solo quieres pasar la noche ahí, la habitación estaba bastante bien, solo que el control de una de las teles no le servían las pilas. En cuanto al desayuno, lo sentí bastante bastante limitado, por lo que tomamos la opcion de pedir adicional unas enchiladas suizas y jugo de naranja, pero no había pollo para las enchiladas ni jugo, para esta, pero por el precio y cercanía a los parques de xcaret es muy buena opción”

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“The property is nice, the staff is super friendly, and its close to xcaret! The only thing that I would point out is that the pillows could be better, and the shower. The water flow shuts off after some time and it makes you have to turn back the knobs and turn it back on. Other than that, this hotel is okay. ”

“Very helpful staff. AC worked very well. Very close to 5th ave. Family and enjoyed it. It does need some maintenance but for the price I was very satisfied.”
