“This resort is excellent for families yet it is quiet and relaxing if that is what you want. The only complaint/suggestion I have is to have more garbage cans placed throughout the resort and possibly institute a recycling program. When booking with Expedia, you are considered a VIP and receive a spa voucher. Candy at the spa provided a deep tissue massage as good or better than what I receive at home! The à la carte restaurants do not require a reservation and we were able to walk in each time……

“I had a beautiful time at the Antera! The hotel itself was stunning and the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure to accommodate anything I needed! I also loved the area the only thing I will say is the music is very loud at night because it’s right by 5th Ave. The pool and hot tub were nice, I really loved having a jacuzzi in my room! The restaurant downstairs Yum Yum was really good and I found a really nice Mexican cuisine restaurant Porfirio was really nice. ”

“This studio was perfect for a short stay on Playa del Carmen. The place felt private and quiet and it was well located, the beach and 5th Avenue are a 10-minute walk away.”
