Amazing!! Rooms were clean, modern, and super comfy. The shower had a rainfall shower head and the water was nice and hot. But most of all, the staff were spectacular! We were greeted immediately and helped with our luggage and even better…. Fanny at reception allowed us to feed bananas to the wild monkeys around the property! Which if you’ve only seen monkeys in a zoo you will understand how special that experience would be. Definitely would stay again!

The employees made us feel welcome and we were very happy with all them. Very quiet environment. My wife loved the peaceful environment I wanted more of a resort. Had to leave a few days earlier early and staff was super helpful about it and nice about it.

My family and I had a great experience during our stay at Terasu. All the staff members were very friendly, warm, and welcoming. They accommodated to our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself was very private but close to Xcerat and Xplor. Not only that, we were able to feed monkeys during our stay and play with a very cute cat. On our last day, the staff even packed us a separate container of their house-made hot sauce and mangos per request. If anyone wants a quiet, peaceful stay, I would definitely recommend.

Very unique property. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Made the stay comfortable. Helped us with getting to Xcaret safely via shuttle. Property is in the jungle so must be ok with bugs, lizards, iguanas and monkeys in the area. Lobby and pool were outside directly beside rooms. Bed was clean and comfortable, shower was hot. Nice and close the all Xcaret parks making it very convenient to attend. Would stay again if going to the parks! Thank you!

Lovely place! Eco-friendly, in nature, quaint peaceful place, close to Xcaret, Xenses, and Xplor. Staff was very attentive, kind, and just superb. Included breakfast had choices of fruit, cereal, pastries, eggs, omelette, juices, and coffee. An overall absolute lovely place, felt like i was at home. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, staff and facilities

Fantastic location near Xcaret park, amazing staff, wonderful facilities, right in the heart of the jungle. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, start and end your day with a visit from the spider monkeys, relax in the pool or have a message. A must visit for anyone wanting to enjoy all that nature has to offer.

Very quaint boutique hotel, with amazing staff, situated in the jungle, walking steps to Xcaret, Xplor and Xenses. Breakfast included and they have a restaurant for dinner. We were a family of 4 with 2 pre-teens and we always felt very safe. Service here felt very personalized. The highlight was definitely the spider monkeys where you can feed them. Cant wait to return.

Unique treehouse with monkeys you can hand feed and friendly, responsive staff. The resort is a solid 20 minutes from shopping and restaurant choices- so be prepared for regular taxi expenses if you do not have a car. This is not a “pamper” resort where guests lounge around the pool, but it’s a unique option if you have offsite entertainment plans.
