“Ive been to Playa Del Carmen over ten times and have stayed at seven different resorts. We stayed a total of 13 days and truly enjoyed our stay. I wanted to give a shout out to Carlos Quintal in the Grill restaurant. Carlos Quintal truly defined what customer service is all about. He was so attentive to our needs and also a true gentleman. Carlos, along with a great resort, is the reason we plan on returning. A+”

“The service staff (employees were great), the entertainment was excellent. Loved the food. The only thing I would say is at the time of checkout the lady at the counter was not friendly at all. She can work on her skills. It would be nice to at least say "Thank you for staying or coming to visit. Nada, I received that from the servers in the restaurant. They were great people to talk to. ”

“The hotel has a classic appearance, and considering how near it is to 5th Avenue it was remarkably quiet (not silent, but not loud either). Room was clean and comfortable, the staff very kind. Cool oceanic water feature in the courtyard, and a nice small pool (we didn't have time to enjoy it ourselves). Close to lots of dining options, and s half block from 5th Ave. If we were going to spend more time in Playa del Carmen, we would definitely choose this hotel. ”
