「De l’extérieure l’hotel ne parait pas comme ça. Mais jai braiment été surprise de la qualité des chambres ! Les lits et coussins incroyables ! La pression et l’eau chaude parfaite ! La clim fonctionne parfaitement. Tres tres propre ! Et une futur terrasse qui se prépare et s’annonce magnifique ! L’accueil superbe et un couple adorable ! Rapport qualités/ prix imbattables ! 「My husband and I had an outstanding stay at the Viceroy in Riveria Maya...incredible service at the highest level, quiet, peaceful and was the perfect place to unwind. I have traveled around the world and have stayed at all of the top resorts, including the Four Seasons, Auberge, Ritz Carlton, The Peninsula, Ranch at Rock Creek, etc. I cannot say enough about the staff and how they made us feel. Their outlook on life and how they love this property is something that I have never witnessed...

「Exceptional stay! Super clean rooms and grounds, great cocktails, beautiful well kept grounds, delicious food (better than any other all inclusive resort) incredible nature, all green around, and most importantly top service. Breakfast buffet was OK, when it was hosted in the Italian restaurant the options were underwhelming, when it was moved to its main location (Mexican restaurant?) it got better but was still just OK. I also wish they had more activities for kids (outside of kids club). But...

The suite had plenty of space with a nice shower, proper toilet room and a spacious terrace with a great view of the resort and beach. 」

「La propiedad está bien ubicada, tiene lugares para comer cerca (recomiendo mucho "Que huevos" y considero que era bastante seguro. Me gustó el trato del personal, el area de la piscina, la habitación muy bonita. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que se sentia mucho un olor a cigarro en los ascensores. Les sugerería tener un fridge para que los huespedes puedan comprar bebidas :)」

「It was a wonderful vacation! The food was excellent, varied every day, catering to all tastes and cuisines! The staff was attentive! The room cleaning was superb. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained! The sea and beach were also great, though there were some rocks at the entrance to the water that were a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was perfect! I would definitely come back!」
