Quiet area. 8-10 min walk to Playa 72 and Playa 88 which are great free public beaches. Would definitely stay here again. Downsides: no restaurants close by, internet did not work」

「Great choice in Playa del Carmen. The location is excellent. You are close to 5th Ave, but away from the super touristy part in the center. Mamitas beach is a five minute walk and the hotel will lend you beach chairs and umbrellas. The staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. There is daily cleaning and lots of towels. My kids loved the towel Art. No problems with hot water. The pool is wonderful and was never busy. There is a hot tub. I would recommend a garden view room as it is...

「You get what you pay for. The room itself was clean but it definitely needs some updates to remove the stains in tiles of the bathroom grout and the shower faucets do not shine at all. Linens could also get an upgrade b/c you can tell they have been washed too. many times now. The staff were amazing though especially the gentleman who worked on our arrival. We found our window didn’t lock and the door lock wasn't working either that he made some changes and gave us a new room to feel secure....

「We just got back from a 5 day stay at Secrets Impressions. This place is really impressive with all of the quality pools and flora for whatever setting you want. Music at the main pool & bar, quiet settings if you want that, a lagoon pool that makes you feel like you're in a secluded cove of the islands. Great food at all restaurants! We would go back and wish we booked for longer. Thx Secrets!」

「Enjoyed everything here like always , service is great but there is no beach. It’s a quiet time share resort, kept clean and nice family oriented but no beach. Large clean pools. Have been here many times but beach has been slowly gone missing. Now they have very large sand bag looking things that block off what used to be the beach. Everything else is great food is not bad, f」

「Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...
