Très calme, mais à proximité de la 5e avenue (sans les désagréments nocturnes des fêtes et partys) - à 5-8 minutes de marche de la plage publique coco beach. Le rooftop est super apprécié - piscine, chaises longues, tables, etc. Pour profiter. Les autres locataires sont très calmes et gentils. ”

“Everything was absolutely perfect. The facilities are very new, the decoration is simple, the bed sheets are clean, and the mattress is soft. Quiet area. 8-10 min walk to Playa 72 and Playa 88 which are great free public beaches. Would definitely stay here again. Downsides: no restaurants close by, internet did not work”

“You get what you pay for. The room itself was clean but it definitely needs some updates to remove the stains in tiles of the bathroom grout and the shower faucets do not shine at all. Linens could also get an upgrade b/c you can tell they have been washed too. many times now. The staff were amazing though especially the gentleman who worked on our arrival. We found our window didn’t lock and the door lock wasn't working either that he made some changes and gave us a new room to feel secure.……

“Great choice in Playa del Carmen. The location is excellent. You are close to 5th Ave, but away from the super touristy part in the center. Mamitas beach is a five minute walk and the hotel will lend you beach chairs and umbrellas. The staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. There is daily cleaning and lots of towels. My kids loved the towel Art. No problems with hot water. The pool is wonderful and was never busy. There is a hot tub. I would recommend a garden view room as it is……

The studio was very clean, we were very happy to have our own coffee machine and a toaster in the studio and we also loved the decoration. Everything was within walking distance of the condo and we visited some nice restaurants.”

“The room we had was very basic. A bed, a desk, two night stands, tv, luggage stand, armour with a safe. The bath room was clean with a couple towels and basic toiletries. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. They only provide housekeeping every other day. ”

“Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep……

“Mare condo is in a great location. Close to everything. The staff is ok, not overly friendly. Most room access from common atrium (very noisy). The walls and doors are very thinn. I woke to the sound of my next door neighbor GETTING IT ON. Didn't last very long but. Nobody needs that. The shower has no door at all so water gos all over the bathroom floor. No safe in room at all anywhere. So i had to maintain all my valuables on my person the entire stay. At check in i was required to place a……
