El agua de la regadera no tenia presion, incluso habia momentos en los que no salia agua, el cuarto de mi cuñada tenia hormigas por toda la cosina, el sr que estaba en recepcion por las mañanas no fue muy amable, no queria nada de ruido por los pasillos y si vas con niños es imposible mantenerlos en silencio de ahi en delante that was fine ☺️

Nos pusieron a una habitación inferior por la que pagamos y nunca nos cambiaron a la que era, solicitamos al menos del reembolso de la diferencia y ni eso, luego nos dijeron que nos podíamos estacionar afuera porque el estacionamiento no estaba en nuestra reservación pero no nos dijeron que había que pagar parquímetro y nos pusieron una multa de $593 pesos

We were supposed to stay for 3 nights, however we checked out after the first night. I didn’t care that it was non refundable. The front desk clerk could care less about any issues reported. Although they knew when we were arriving, the ac was off & it was so hot in the room. The fan didn’t work. I couldn’t use the phone to call the front desk because it didn’t work either. The safe was broken. As far as the bed goes, it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The pool water was dirty. Also, although they advertise the rooftop bar, it never opened. Horrible place to stay.

We stayed 4 nights and the bed was amazing, a good size bedroom and bathroom. Very clean. One thing we did not liked was that the hot water was not working. We reported to the front desk by it was never a follow up or nothing. The cold water was cold enough that we had to really be in dire need of a shower to shower. Also the safe was not working and front desk was not able to fix it. Other than that I liked the condo and it was a safe area to walk at night

Llegueya éste lugar y desde el día uno comuniqué que no contaba con calentador y nunca hicieron nada porque el gerente estaba libre, soy asmática, también se los hize saber y me dejaron toda la estadia sin agua caliente. Además nunca mi.ñusrona habitación. Las empleados me informaron que no podía!n hacer nada. La coche antes de irme me indicaron me devolverían 1/3 del costo y tampoco ocurrió.

The building is modern and nice but seems like it has not been very well-maintained and the cleaning is not well-done. At first glance it looks clean, but on closer inspection you will notice many areas are dirty or stained - scuffs/stains on the walls, stains on towels and sheets, hair/debris in places where it easily could have been vacuumed. In my room I noticed there was water damage coming in on the bathroom ceiling from the unit above and all over the walls I saw stains and scuffs. Also, when I arrived at my room the safe door was open but stuck in the “lock” position so I couldn’t close it to program my password and use it (a stupid move from the previous guest, but should have been fixed before I got there). I told the front desk, who said maintenance would come the next day. No one came during my three-night stay, which was annoying. Also, there are no pool cues and balls to use the pool table. Also, the staff at the front desk weren’t explicitly rude, but I had the sense while talking to them that simple inquires were an unwelcome inconvenience. My room’s door was also not well soundproofed. The area is reasonably quiet and close to fifth ave and great restaurants. The pool on the roof is nice, especially with the current sargassum situation at the beach. This place is decent and has the potential to be great with proper cleaning, maintenance, attention to detail, and better customer service. However, the “10/10” reviews from other guests are a bit too generous.

The property itself was maintained well and had the potential ti be what we needed. The area was great because it was walkable distance to many businesses and restaurants. We ran into issues at this property because we were counting on having running hot water, but our room was missing a water heater. With my toddler this became a grave inconvenience because it became extremely difficult and uncomfortable to bathe. We informed the front desk and maintenance team but nothing was done to get a water heater for our room. We followed up countless times and nothing was done and the concierge basically told us to file a complaint via Expedia as nothing would be done on their end. The walls and doors seem to be paper thin as we could hear everything on our floor as if it were happening in our room which was bothersome at night when we were trying to sleep. Across the hall we had a domestic dispute occur and I had to call for help as our neighbors were slamming doors and yelling which made it impossible to sleep. They were quick to out that to an end which was helpful. Had it not been for the water heater issue I think I eould have given this property a better review, but their lack of attention to my issue made it an unpleasant experience.

me gusta el hotel , pero los empleados NO RESPETAN a los huspedes , Gritando por los pasillos desde las 5 am cuando uno lo que quiere es descanzar .super rudo !!!!!!!!! The hotel is fine but some employess yell at 5 AM no respecting the guests and waking them up , when all they want is to rest !!!!! they need to Fix that !!!!!!
