「Everything was absolutely perfect. The facilities are very new, the decoration is simple, the bed sheets are clean, and the mattress is soft. All the staff at the front desk are extremely nice, especially Exequiel. 「Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...

「Overall great, the staff was excellent! The pool lounger need cushions. It made it difficult to relax by the pool on the hard loungers. The staff overall need to relax, the hotel was pretty empty and they kept track of everything like towels by the pool. The safe died while staying which means my valuables was open when i thought it was locked. They need to check to ensure the safe is charged. Other than that it was a good stay and great location. Breakfast was awesome!」

Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.」

「Our family had a great time at the Paradisus last week. We stayed 7 days. This is a very nice hotel with lots to do. We stayed on the Esmeralda side which is for families. Kids had a great time with the Aquazone areas. Food was amazing. Buffets were always stacked with food and the restaurants were top-notch service. The staff were great and always greeted you. Entertainment was also good. Each night around 8pm has a different theme in the theatre. These folks work hard to put on a show. Great...
