The pros of this hotel are the staff the spa and the rooms. I really wanted to love this hotel but feel that there were lots of cons. First, the never ending sales pitch. We were told to attend a 90 minute presentation which turned into two hours. The sales individuals demeanor completely changed once we made it clear we were not buying. A total of 3 people pitched different things to us, the last lady cut me off mid sentence very rudely as if I was not understanding what she was selling. We lost power 4 of the 6 days we were there. It would have been nice if the hotel offered some sort of perk as people pay lots of money to be there and it ruined a big part of the vacation. We even had to reschedule our massage due to the outage which caused us to miss out on other planned activities. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the “night shows”. We didn’t get to see either show as the first one was canceled due to the power outage and the second we were told by our concierge was out of room and was also not part of the all inclusive. We also were unable to get into the restaurants due to lack of availability.

I liked the fact that their dinner buffet changed everyday. So every day was a different theme so the food was not the same every day. I did not liked the fact that we could not go into the beach in any of the days we stayed. From what I understand this was due to erosion..so we had to travel north to islas mujeres to be able to go into the water. Kind of sucked but we made the most of it.

We loved our stay!! It’s such a relaxing vibe there. If you’re looking for a party spot, this isn’t for you. Service and staff was impeccable! They bring you food and drinks while you’re in the pool. Always saying hello and smiling as you walk by. The landscaping and cleanliness couldn’t be any more perfect. The food was great! Even at the free buffet! They really put alot of effort into making your stay memorable!

The hotel is beautiful and quite expansive. The staff is very attentive and all the accommodations are excellent. Some of the restaurants require reservations, but it's definitely worth it. Kinoko restaurant was fun, the food was wonderful and the experience was worth the reservation. This is a timeshare hotel, so they will try to sell you on a presentation. But you receive a gift for your time and it's up to you if you want to purchase the timeshare, which many did. We enjoyed the spa services and received swedish massage for our time. It was an amazing 6 days and I would definitely go back. My only issue was the beach because it felt so small of an area compared to how large the property was.

As soon as we checked in the resort lobby, we were assigned a "personal concierge", and her sole job was to convince us into signing up for a timeshare sales meeting even before we had the chance to put up our luggage in the room. She was very tenacious into persuading us to sign the attendance document. We declined the first person with much difficulty, but everytime we went to the lobby, somebody would approach us asking why we declined her. Eventually, we gave in and agreed to attend the sales pitch. They used all kinds of tactics from "now or never" to "emotional appeals". They tried to sell us a package worth $60K as an upfront investment, along with a monthly fees of $1600. We decline the offer to the salesperson, but then her manager showed up with another (but a similar) spiel and we had to decline the offer to him as well. The whole sales pitch went on for 45 minutes straight. We were promised a gift card in the amount of $160 for attending the sales pitch which was reduced to $120 at the time of the checkout without any explanation. The whole sales pitch was excruciating stressful as expected. There was no poolside music and the beach was rendered useless due to the excessive seaweed accumulation. On a positive note, the food was fantastic and the staff was courteous for the most part. Overall, we would not recommend this place in good conscience.

The grounds are beautiful and my kids (6 and 9) enjoyed the kids club. The food was amazing, especially the seafood house and hibachi restaurant. What was disappointing was the lack of transparency with how to use the $50 VIP perk and being told we could do an excursion for one price and then going to book it, only to find out it’s a sham and you could only get it if you sit in a 90 minute time share meeting. Also annoying that we needed to sign receipts everywhere and they had different tiers of AI. You also couldn’t get any alcoholic drinks until 11am.

The room was amazing, the spa and nail salon was also amazing. Lovely pools, hated all the sea weed but nothing you can do. The food was good but it would be nice to have a couple more options. Our main issues were 1) room service came very later than promised and we were not able eat before we left for the day for an excursion 2) there was a power outage, and there is no lighting in the rooms after dark. With 4 kids in 3 rooms it was nerve wracking and when I asked the front desk for a flashlight they acted like I was asking for too much? They did supply with candles and power was back on around 10.

I’ve been to this property twice. Just being a second time. I had some issues, but I’m not gonna blame it on the resort. I love the rooms with the kitchen in it. My kids loved the room service 24 hours. They have more than one pool, which is excellent. Overall, it’s a good stay and I would stay again.

I would not recommend staying here if you plan on leaving after Saturday. They will make you pack up all of your stuff and move rooms.

Great staff, grounds are well maintained and food was freshly made in buffet. Bars were well stocked with variety of drinks, however availibility of specialty restaurants is a down side since you have to make a reservation for two, three days ahead and let’s be real if you are on vacation on all-inclusive property you don’t want to plan ahead two days ahead, you just go with a flow🕶️

Power went out 4 days in a row, with no communication at all. One of the days it took almost 10 hours to fix it. The all inclusive packet was very limited. Will not be returning to this resort.

From the moment we arrived, the service at this resort was nothing short of outstanding. Every team member we encountered—from the front desk to the wait staff—was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. The food was a standout highlight. Every meal, whether from the buffet or à la carte restaurants, was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially appreciated the variety offered each day—there was always something new and delicious to try. The resort itself is stunning. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the pools are clean and inviting, and the beach access couldn’t be more convenient. We also took full advantage of the spa and fitness center, both of which exceeded expectations. The only small critique would be the king bed—it was a bit firmer than we prefer. A softer mattress or plush topper would have made it perfect. Overall, this was one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve ever had. This was our second time and we intend to return in the future!

Its a nice hotel but its all cashless and out of the 6 days we were their the power went out 3 days in a row. On the 2nd day the power was out till about 9pm the next day it was midday and the 3rd day again morning to midday. Not very much activities to do at the resort you have to plan something outside it was more for time share people who just go their and read a book at the pool. The drinks were ok they seemed watered down. Food was great but overall im very disappointed that we didnt have a fun time on our vacation but we tried to make the best of it. If your looking for quiet reading getaway this is where to go. But if your looking for fun family activities with your teens at the resort then go somewhere else.
