“Todo está muy bonito, viste el hotel para festejar el cumpleaños de mi hijo 6 de septiembre y de mi hija 7 de septiembre. Lo único que no me gustó fue que al hablar al hotel para solicitar un pastel de cumpleaños para mis hijos por sus cumpleaños, quien atendió mi llamada fue grosero, dijo que no hacían eso. Que al llegar al hotel lo pidiera. Al final mis hijos si tuvieron sus pasteles, pero no me gustó la actitud del colaborador. Gracias! ”

“Pros: beautiful, well-maintained property, very attentive and friendly staff, delicious food, easy transportation to and from the airport, quiet location, not crowded at all, a truly relaxing vacation, most guests were seniors or families with young children Cons: We visited in September not knowing seaweed at the beach was a problem, the winter months would be a better time to go. We were offered free salon services or excursions if we agreed to attend a 1 1/2 hour “presentation” so beware,……

“Muy Bien Cuidada todas sus instalaciones ”

“Very nice place, our stay was phenomenal. We have stayed in many similar places but this one is by far the best, my research and evaluations have paid off. Every staff member was friendly, professional and ensured we are well taken care of. Beach did not have seaweed except one morning (it is seaweed season in this area) but the hotel ensures the sand gets cleaned daily. This is a jungle style paradise, you’d see plenty of wildlife and we have witnessed turtles laying eggs at the hotel beach……
