“From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said “ we should do this……

“Tuvimos un fin de semana en familia muy agusto..la comida muy rica ,buen servicio y el lugar es muy lindo tiene un poco de todo pra disfrutar tu estancia..el cenote me encanta. ”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……

“The staff is excellent !!! They treat you like family. The events they put on at night and during the day are added treats. The place is simply one great big Good Timr!”

“We stay for three days they never cleaned the room or change the bed. The pool was dirty green and the access to property is so far from everything else. We were not able to get an Uber to take us out of the property. I will not recommend it for a tourist location. The Jacuzzi was so full of chemicals that we have to get out immediately because the skin was burning. The apartment was in front of the pool that have no many blinds and two of the sliding doors so it’s like being in a store where……

La playa y el mar completamente limpias a pesar de ser temporada de sargazo. La comida en los restaurantes cara pero muy buena. Lo recomiendo 100%. Volvería sin duda.”

“Beautiful resort! Pools were great. Activities were fun. Food was some of the best we’ve had. Rooms are spacious but toilet and shower lack privacy especially if you travel as a family in the same room. Regardless of the sargassum problem all resorts are dealing with, this is not a “beach resort”. The only other thing we didn’t like was the lack of food/snacks around the pool areas. You also have to walk pretty far to everything. Overall not bad.”
