对于喜欢海滩的人来说，这里或许并不是最好的选择。对于我们来说，这里与原始森林结合，还能看到鳄鱼，非常棒。新酒店，装修很好，餐厅很优秀。小小的遗憾，若能增加儿童游乐就更好了。

I have stayed at this hotel before. This time I tried their newest hotel. The room was not as clean as for my previous stay. Found hair on floor and sink. Floor had some duty spots as well. The whole outside had a foul smell Used their gym, the first day couldn’t use the treadmill because it was not working, called for some assistance but no one never showed up.

Me my wife and kids had a lots of fun. They already missed this place. We are at Dreams Safari resort right now for extended vacation, everything about this resort make us miss Ventus Ha resort already. I will definitely come back to Ventus next time.

Second time we stayed at the property. Food was border line terrible, if the management really needs to focus on selling bottle of wine then it should be added to the cost. So staff and chef can focus on important stuff. The food being served in lunch and dinner is far from any authentic chef cooked meals. Property is very nice folks have to focus on food and restaurants.

Staff was nice and property was nice .Not much to do as there's nothing live happening at Ventus Ha.What i didnt like was the smell of mangroves surrounding the property. Choice of room wasn't avaliable on expedia so when i did upgrade, it cost me extra $650 USD for 5 days.

If you are looking for beachfront hotel, this is NOT the hotel for you. Looking for newer hotel with excellent service, great food, clean and secure this is for you. Platinum upgrade is worth it especially for couples.

Love the relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun. Beautiful jungle property. Good food. The room was nice, but very humid so it was musty and bothered my sinuses. Cleaning room and turn downs were spotty. Naha rooftop pool and bar were awesome. Main pool at Ventus Ha was excellent. Don’t go here if you want constant entertainment and partying. It’s a chill resort.

The staff and restaurants were amazing. What we did not like was the way it was handled staying without working AC for 2 days. No elevator working and no Ac in the room. More communication was need it. the beach was not useable because of sea weed. Other then that the all staff was excellent.

The resort is absolutely stunning! The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Upon arrival, there was a small mishap that made my first impression a little less than ideal, but once I checked into my room, all of that was forgotten—I truly loved my stay here. If you’re looking for a party scene or lots of nightlife, this isn’t the resort for you. This place is pure peace—serene, not too crowded, and the perfect spot for relaxation. One downside I found was the room service and buffet food—it wasn’t the best. However, the restaurants across all three sister resorts more than make up for it. The presentation was gorgeous, and the flavors were absolutely immaculate. Overall, this resort is a dream for anyone seeking tranquility, beauty, and a truly relaxing getaway.

The property was beautiful and staff was very kind from guest services to butlers and bar tenders. But please be aware that there is a seaweed that is present on and off throughout the year that emmits so much sulfuric has on the entire property that it smells like raw sewage and you cannot escape it! I have asthma and this made it so bad that I was taking my inhaler and my chest was getting tight. They tried to accommodate us by moving rooms but we had to move to 3 different rooms because some days it was EVERYWHERE. and im talkig BAD. They will jot redund you even if its for documented medical reasons. Luckily it subsided the last 4 days of vaca in most areas. The food was also very reminiscent of the nursing home food i used to work in nost od the time with everything feeling cheap and institutionalized even from different resturaunts. Some random doshes were good but nost of it was poor quality and repetitive. Honestly if the food was good I would have went back on low seaweed times of year but I'd rather pay for non inclusive and buy great food. Drinks were good though abd the grounds were beautiful. Room was clean!

Friendly staff, nice big property with a lot of pools, even rooftop adults only ones. A lot of bars and great drinks. You never go hungry. Food was great and a lot of variety. Our room was really nice and got cleaned everyday. Property grounds are kept clean and plants trimmed. Golf carts are available for transportation. Pool bathrooms are kept real clean and stocked up with toiletries.
