“From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). “It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. ”

“Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that……

“Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar im Dschungel und ist somit auch ein sehr ruhiger und erholsamer Ort. Wir haben dort sehr lecker zu Abend gegessen und es gibt auch eine größere Auswahl zum Frühstück, welches ebenfalls sehr lecker war. Unser Zimmer war ok, es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und haben sich für die Tiere vor Ort begeistert. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber vollkommen ausreichend für eine Durchreise.”

“We did enjoy the staff, the people working at the resort very kind. The resort however, was not great. The food was horrible. Every restaurant had issues. Some restaurants had a sewage type smell when you first walk in. The wait for food at the restaurants 40 minutes minimum. The restaurants were out of food in the food that did come out was tough parentheses steak, and just not good. The staff gave us a bottle of wine and a dessert as a apology for how the property have been letting us down,……

The accommodations are the best I've ever stayed at.”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aeria Hotel from the early check-in, elevator, clean, beautiful, spacious, air conditioned room with WiFi and terrace to the amazing views and wonderful staff like Samuel at reception. We also appreciated having The Portside restaurant by the rooftop pool and enjoyed a delicious meal there. The bartender and server were very friendly enhancing our experience. Thank you so much!”
