“Secret Riviera was such a relaxing resort. The staff and grounds were second to none. Staff inside and outside the resort was excellent and truly improved our stay. The food at the restaurants was better than expected. The only negative was the after traveling with a family group of 8, it was near impossible to get seating together at any of the restaurants. With that said we will keep Secrets Riviera on our Mexico list.”

Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here.”

“Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! In our unit, there were fresh fruits waiting for us on the table. Our room was surrounded by glass looking out into the jungle, and every room had access to opening……

“I recently stayed at the Hideaway resort and had an overall positive experience. The location was perfect, close to the airport but secluded enough to not have noise, The room was clean, cool and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth and super easy and fully air conditioned. We sat in a lounge with a full bar, and the amenities met my expectations. The best part of the check in experience our group was assigned a Expedia……

“Great location - steps from the beach and minutes from the main strip/restaurants etc. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The small pool was perfect for our young kids. The host was friendly and helpful - she provided beach chairs and toys upon request.”

“Property snd staff are great, however, way too much pushing to buy extra stuff and since Hyatt took over it’s a lot more corporate. They try to get you into their preferred program with a 40 year commitment and so forth. Your reward after 2 hours? A cheap bottle of tequila and a drive back to your hotel. Food was good, at certain places. Unless you have someone on the “inside” expect a hour+ wait on restaurants. The bars and pools were top notch. Beach was great, except you can’t even get to the……

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……
