Small and quiet resort, perfect for the trip we wanted. Not very crowded. Excellent staff, some that i remember Gabino at the breakfast buffet, Eugenia our housekeeper, Yolanda at the spa, Jorge in the steakhouse. Just every employee we encountered was helpful and nice. I will definitely be going back.

The property is easy to navigate which we appreciated. The room was clean and we loved the decor. The pool had many areas to enjoy and it was so pretty. We didn’t do our research because we thought there was a sandy beach area and there is not, but the property is so pretty that we didn’t mind. It was also a 15 min drive from the airport which was nice. Very relaxing and we will come back!

Our experience at Margaritaville Riviera Maya was perfect from beginning to end. The resort, food, drinks, and atmosphere exceeded our expectations, but the warm and exceptional service truly made our stay unforgettable. We would especially like to thank Dafne, Gibran at the bar, and Vitalia at the buffet, along with all the other wonderful staff members who took such great care of us. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Once again, we were touched by the warmth and hospitality that Mexicans always show their visitors. They made us feel completely at home, and we would definitely return. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
