「The people that were working were nice but it seemed like certain workers didn’t know certain things we came for a 25 year wedding anniversary and also me and my wife birthday weekend the property is nice the pool the beach and my favorite was the Ro Marley restaurant I was upset when I made reservations for a certain day just to be told that the restaurant wasn’t open when I had called and made reservations and told them that we’re there celebrating birthday. 「It’s a beautiful setting with a private beach area with umbrellas and chairs but the accommodations are very lacking. The main issue is that the entire suite is not air conditioned. The bedroom is air conditioned. However there is a bathroom, kitchenette, dining table and a sitting area with two couches that are only cooled by a ceiling fan—no air conditioning—so they are miserably hot in the summer and only are only comfortable before the sun rising. It is an older hotel so a bit rundown.」

「On arrival I found the beach to be ankle deep in foul smelling seaweed. The pool was a construction zone with a film of cement dust covering all the pool chairs and the water. It was completely unusable. No attempt had been made by the hotel to inform me about this in advance. After numerous discussions with the reception staff eventually they moved me to another much better property of their 20.minutes walk from the downtown. I suggested they clean the seaweed themselves but they said it was...

「This place could really be something! The location is amazing, the deck, small pool and views from both are pretty good. However, the place is not that clean. We had some ants in our room, in the kitchen area and near the bed too which was a bit of a concern. It was not infested by any means but they could use a bug spray so we don’t have to worry about our food on the counter top or bugs in the bed. There was dust on everything and I mean clumps, I’m not that particular but omg my allergies. No...
