「Staff was amazing and welcoming. We stayed one night to kick off our honeymoon and it was a blast. Cenote was beautiful in the morning, also got to see a little more wildlife. 「La habitación muy limpia, con varias opciones cerca para comer y para caminar tranquilos. Solo no había jabón de baño en la ducha y tuvimos que salir a comprar cuando ya era tiempo de descansar tambien recomendamos que habiliten una pequeña refrigeradora para mantener los liquidos que compren los huespedes porque el calor es fuerte y se necesita tener liquidos frescos para hidratarnos. 「The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.」

「The swim up bar needed a good scrub of the tiles and the awning was broken. Our toilet clogged instantly and there was a cockroach in our room. The cleaning of the room was very good, the food was just okay, the drinks not great.」

「Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!」

「The hotel is in a great location. Its 3 blocks away from the beach, market, and plaza. Plenty of restaurants around. Roof top pool has a nice view of the ocean. Hotel provides 2 beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash full size in the bathroom. There is a mini refrigerator in the room as well. In the lobby cold water is provided. My only complaint is the noise from a restaurant/club nearby that plays music till 1am. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.」
