"Food was hit or miss at restaurants; Some days good others day just got by. Poolside brick oven pizzas are so good and room service food is great every time. Also ceviche at St Trop is so good! Had to ask for refill on room filtered water multiple times, seemed to work once we left a big enough tip (IMO). Staff is nice and friendly. Entertainment is good. Memorable staff is Josette and Alfonso. Can’t say enough great things about them. All staff is very attentive. Most negative thing was probably that they hosted a wedding that happened outside our room. No way to avoid the noise if staying in the room. I would have liked to know just as a heads up, whether we booked elsewhere or kept busy during these hours. It was great music at the wedding which was a plus, also heard all the cheering and ‘ay ay ay’s’. I would never expect the wedding party to keep it down by the way, just a nice heads up from the resort would be appreciated. "

"It was a beautiful resort, easy to get around, a few more hand rails on all the steps getting to the pool would have helped. The staff was very friendly, room was clean and we had a wonderful time."

"Buffet was terrible, not a lot of options as far as food at the buffet. Breakfast/lunch and dinner Gym was decent, customer service seemed annoyed. Room cleanliness was fantastic. Pools were fun."

"We have a family of 4 two adults and two older teens. The food was great, views were amazing, staff was friendly when someone was there to help. Our complaints were that it was almost impossible to find a spot by the pool because people woke up early and put towels out on chairs to save spots and sometimes people wouldn't come to their seats for hours! Also, the room was super tiny and the ac did not work. Luckily we were only there for 3 nights. If we were to stay longer, that room would not have worked for a family of 4. We were also on the tenth floor and they don't have enough evelvators and they ook forever and a few times they weren't even working. I'm totally fine with waking the stairs, but for someone who can't walk that many flights of stairs, that would be super annoying. The workers also used the same elevators, which are very small, with their big bins of stuff, so sometimes you couldn't even get on if they were on there. "

"I have stayed in 5diamond hotels before but this one is a must if you want to relax, or have fun because it does have access to the riu parties the staff was very nice the restaurants were so good i do give this. 5/5 no one pressures you to purchase anything additional or timeshares which we loved that everything was so near the beach the restaurants the pools "
