“The staff were very friendly and helpful, plus were very accommodating for us as blind travelers. The room was clean and always restocked with water bottles each day. While the cabanas weren't really worth it when it's windy, the lounge chairs and palapas down on the beach by the water were just perfect. Worth noting that their ATM may not work with your bank card, and that they don't exchange US dollars for pesos at the Front Desk, but there is a money exchange across the street. The bed was……

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”
