“This is the second time we have stayed at this resort. This time we went with our 13 year old daughter for her birthday. Pros: The resort is clean, the staff are friendly, the security is great, there is a variety of food, and the pools are well maintained. Cons: 1 - Upon arrival, the shuttle we booked through the resort took us to the wrong location. After a long flight, the last thing we want to do is sit in a shuttle for 30+ extra minutes while they try to figure out where we are……

“The food was horribly salty, and we ate at serval different restaurants. One restaurant just served a ball of something that might as well have been salted battered and fried. The room they placed us in initially had been recently painted. Knowing this they placed us in the room anyways, the room had such a horrible chemical smell we had a headache from being in the room for less than 30 mins. The communication between the staff during the need to change rooms was horrible. The staff did end……

“Me encantó mi estadía en este hotel, fui con mi familia y una bebe, por lo que valoramos que tuviera buena comida, comodidad e instalaciones limpias y sobretodo excelente servicio del personal, estrellita especial a Ian y a Toño del bar que son a todo dar, desafortunadamente nos tocó sargazo pero el hotel tiene su propia limpieza y se nota el esfuerzo que realiza para mantener la playa limpia.”
