“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“The staff here was always so accommodating, helpful, and just a joy to speak to. From Angel at the bar next to the adult only pool, to Jorge that set up our lounge chairs every day with towels to Carmen (waitress in adult pool area), was always coming by asking if we needed anything. Jimmy, Edgar, Adan (event staff for games), were so friendly and got people engaged. So many activities near the adult pool and even near the family (main) pool. The food was great at all restaurants AND premium……

“お昼過ぎにホテルに着き、荷物を預かってもらいました。部屋の準備ができるまでレストランなど好きに使って良いとのことで早速ビュッフェでランチ。朝からホテル入りする人もいるようです。ビュッフェは品数も多くクオリティも高くとても美味しくて、滞在中何度も利用しました。 14:30頃に部屋の準備ができたとメール通知が来ており、受付でリストバンドのアクティベートをしてもらい部屋に向かうと、クリーニングされてない準備中の部屋で困惑しました笑　受付で伝えると隣の部屋と間違えたようで、本当の部屋に案内され一安心。 人気と噂のフレンチは事前に予約をしておきましたが、私にはあまり口に合いませんでした…別日に予約していたイタリアンはとても美味しかったです。 チェックアウトの日は飛行機の時間を尋ねられ、夜と伝えるとレイトチェックアウトを提案くださり、お言葉に甘えてゆっくり滞在させていただきました。 雨季で海に藻が浮いてたのは残念でしたが、プールも楽しめて最高のハネムーンとなりました。”
