Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are amazing. Great resort to relax and disconnect. Your only concern will be in which restaurant are you going to have dinner. Everything is so clean and beautiful. Our only regret was not staying a couple more days… Awesome!

We enjoyed our stay! It’s a beautiful place and the level of service is top tier. The restaurants are amazing! We give it 4 stars, only because its a bit too quiet for us. I wish the pool and beach were more lively and fun. I also wish the shows could be more unique. I find the night shows a bit lack lustre and typical to other resorts. How many times do we really need to see Michael Jackson? Other than that, its a wonderful place. The entertainment team is awesome, but I think activities need to level up

Our stay was excellent no pun intended. My girlfriend and I went for a regular vacation to try it out and it ended up blowing us away. The property was pristine and the service was beyond incredible. It’s definitely a more quiet resort than others, great for couples. Special shout out to Alan at the pool running activities, and Ivan the hibachi chef along with Stephanou our server. WE WILL BE BACK.

What went well: We did receive a room upgrade with VIP Access. We had three rooms and they were able to do one of them to a swim out. A good portion of the food was fantastic. The property is new, but you can tell some parts of it were built quickly as one of the restaurants had a huge leak the first day we were there due to an unexpected storm. Lots of seating at the pool and beach which was awesome. No stress about waking up early to get a good spot. Majority of the staff is friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Itzel from Kakao, Luis from the Grill, Heydi and Fernando from the beach/pool, Samuel the bellman. What didn't go well: Although we did get an upgrade, I did have to tell them I booked through the VIP Access program to get the ball rolling. Kanpai - We had to split our party of 6 and the only time available was 9:00PM. The fried rice was salty, the steak was overcooked, and the sea bass was undercooked. If I had known this would be probably the least pleasant food at the property, I would have never gone. My experience overall would have been better had I never gone Kanpai at all. Water Sports: The Aquaworld team were a pain to deal with. They were rude and not helpful. They wanted us to pay for the Hobie Boat which is supposed to be free and told us they don't have snorkels. All of these are on the app that say they are free! There was some good and bad. Overall about a 7/10. I don't think I'd return.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We had a two story rooftop ocean view w/pool and jacuzzi suite. The room was cleaned every day and the service of the staff was beyond spectacular. Each restaurant had its own style and the food was great. Any bar we went to for drinks were also good. Definitely a resort I would visit again and next time stay longer than five days.

The property was not 100 percent opened but was very nice. The restaurants were exceptional but very cold. The servers were extraordinary. The a/c was too strong. The staff could not be more accommodating. The evening entertainment was very enjoyable. There were plenty of covered beach & pool settings.

Property was Beautiful, but food needs some work, needs more seasoning and more authenticity most of dishes were seasoned with just salt and pepper and that was disappointing. Overall was a nice resort and friendly staff. They just opened in Feb 2025 so hopefully some of the little things and the food gets fixed for the future
