“Definitely not five star. Room was beat up, balcony door didn't lock, closet didn't stay closed, patio furniture was filthy (rust stains). Food was weak, lobby worn out, loud pool music 12 hours a day - don't get a seaview unless you don't care about noise. We couldn't take it and left early and got no sympathy, got hit real hard by $1000+ in cancellation fees. Seems like hotel has an identify crisis, way too far from the action to be a decent party hotel, yet luxury is lacking, price too……

“这家宾馆位于一条很漂亮的街道上，距离市政厅仅仅是几步之遥。宾馆不大，所以，很安静，楼下有个很大的洗衣房，还有个餐厅。我们住的是有小厨房的套房，平台上的图片显示是很小的冰箱，其实是个中等大小的冰箱，足够使用。另外还有烤箱和微波炉，免费提供桶装水。整个宾馆极其干净，很多地方都配置了酒精洗手液和擦手用的纸巾。工作人员热情，积极，友好，还教我说español.以后，每年来坎昆度假，我都会选择住在这里。”
