“The staffs are very nice”

“The room and grounds were beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The breakfast was great and the staff incredibly kind. Eduardo went above and beyond to help us when it looked like we might not make it to our excursion, absolutely saving the day. The location is within walking distance to several great restaurants and even as a solo mom and her kiddo, we felt safe. We are so happy to have found this gem and look forward to staying again! ”

“Everything was nice but the rules posted all over the walls did not help. Lots of patrons storing and drinking their own alcohol in the Kitchen refrigerator and area no matter all the signs expressly forbidding that. It wasn’t that big of a deal but seemed strange to have people openly flaunting the rules. ”

“Beautiful property. Room is very simple but aesthetic. Wish there was a full length mirror. Our A/C wasn’t working and the hotel was full, we were ok but the staff tried so hard to make it work! Loved hanging out at the pool. Walking distance from the ADO bus station and lots of restaurants ”

“The staff are all fabulous and communication with them is incredibly easy. I recommend downloading what’s app before you arrive as that is how they communicate with guests. Check in was easy, I was given a brief tour of the property and sent a welcome message with attachments outlining all the services offered. The spa services were beautiful and relaxing and the drinks at the attached cafe are excellent. I can’t speak on the food as I was not able to eat much due to dental procedures. The……

“This was a cute space, I like that there were streaming services available like Netflix, Disney+, on the TV versus just the regular local Spanish channels, where foreigners like me can enjoy a nice program in my language if I’m just relaxing in the room. The service staff were very friendly and helpful, very professional. Thank you for a great stay.”

“I was asking for taix next morning at 4 am. They didn’t book it and try to get taix on the road but that’s none after waiting for 10 mins I asked them called taix but told me have to wait another 15 mins, it’s really disappointed. I told them I’ll miss my bus they just let me feel not their business :( ”
