The room was very clean and well equipped with a comfortable bed but smelled very moldy. The woman that checked us in was very matter-of fact, not really friendly but did show us what we needed to know. Breakfast starts at 7:30 but we needed to leave then to catch our flight so we missed it. We mentioned it to the check in lady but she shrugged it off, other places will accommodate for that with something small to go. They did have coffee with to go cups. The courtyard is amazing like a little jungle and was the reason we wanted to stay. We enjoyed hanging in the hammocks in the evening. The pool added to the charm but we did not swim. Unfortunately, there is no quiet time so people we in the courtyard late into the night- kids crying and yelling and people laughing and talking loudly. The doors to the rooms are solid but there is no noise insulation so we had a hard time falling asleep. Location is great- walkably close to a grocery store, Mercado 23, and restaurants. With that said, Adhara just down the road has an amazing breakfast that starts at 7:00 and was about the same price, maybe a bit more but would be our choice next time.

The room was clean but the air conditioner was not working properly. Also, there was no hot water. But the king sized bed was nice. The airport shuttle was nice, but quite expensive.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was fine and the breakfast was nice. However, the WiFi did not not work for the duration of my stay. 1 week. I booked a hotel based on it having WiFi as this is pretty vital in today's age.

Lovely property that is eco-conscious. It’s smaller than it appears in photos so there’s little privacy in the common areas, if you value that. Pool also tiny. The room was large and very comfortable but not too stylish! (Some natural wood and stone elements would help). Yoga studio was stunning, barrel vaulted ceiling tho the one class we attended was no fun (Kundalini yoga, anyone? All breath training.) there are other classes apparently. Good japonese restaurant just steps away!

Nice quiet place to get away from the noise of Cancun. It’s very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than expected. Parrots eating mangoes from the tree in the courtyard. In the room I had, you could hear people outside easily. But it’s not a busy place and everyone was respectful of noise.

Friendly staff fitting of a friendly atmosphere. Spacious rooms with a great nature feel. A great downtown location with the bus station being a walkable distance away. They can also hold your luggage if you arrive before check in time. I recommend this hotel if you're traveling solo or with a group.

Beautiful hotel with high standard of cleanliness and service. Free breakfast was a big plus.. bIG comfy bed.They held my bags before and after check in/out free of charge. Great location, removed from downtown chaos but still very close to bus station. Only issue was that Expedia Ad mentioned a got tub/spa which was a big part of my reason for choosing this hotel. In reality, the hot tub was as only for use of massage clients( even though it was connected to the guest pool). Oh also a neighing dog (not in the hotel) barked obnoxiously from 6am on, bot their fault, but a huge drawback as I got little sleep.

Wonderful. The place is gorgeous. Room spacious, breakfast offerings are ample. Coffe 24 hours and water available. Staff was lovely. Highly recommend if you want to stay in the center away from the zone of big hotels. Also a short walk to ADO bus terminal

This is a nice hotel, and the breakfast is simple but well made. Bottled water is cheap at the desk which is nice. The pool area is very shady, so if lounging in the direct sun is a priority for you then I don’t think this hotel is appropriate. The wifi did not work well in our room, and the cell service wasn’t great in the stone walls either. The staff were very accommodating of our request for an accessible room, however the room we got was on one of the outer street side walls and traffic and street noise was quite loud. The hotel and garden itself are very quiet and peaceful.

The stay had some drawbacks. The Wi-Fi did not work, and the shower was not functioning properly. While breakfast was included in the room rate, the portions were very limited with only one option per person.
