The hotel was good in size, cleanliness, tasty foods and drinks (foods were better than some other all-inclusives). Staffs were overall friendly and nice. Adult only amenities were great, such as spa, pool and Twiggy restaurant. Kids clubs were good. However, if this hotel had a better organization, my experience would have been much better. I wasted time trying to clarify my confusion.
For an example, a postsign and front desk staff’s instructions for the open hours were not correct.
1-Hudson Tavern, a sports bar’s open hour is not correctly indicated.
The front desk personnel told us it opens at 5 pm, and the hotel map also indicated that its open hour as 5pm. However, when you get there, the staff at the Hudson tavern said they open at 6 pm. If the hotel changed the opening hour, then they should have educated the front desk staffs, so they are on the same page. Also, edit the maps as well.
2-Non-motorized water sport hours.
By the ocean, the equipment rental tent has a stand alone written instructions for the use and open hours 9-5. But, we got there at 3:50 pm, (thinking it will close at 5pm) only to find out that it closes at 4 pm by the staff who were standing by the desk. told me they are closed. So I pointed to the postsign with 9-5. They just shrugged.
Also, at the time of check out, many people (mixture of pre-check ins, checked in guests, checking out guests) were standing without a clear line. It was so chaotic.
