The design and decor of this resort is beautiful. The adult pool was amazing Many of the restaurants had wonderful food. Great cocktails as well. The rooms are beautiful and large. I think this resort needs to clarify its identity. I thought it catered more to adults but there were more families and kids. Too many kids at restaurants that took away from adult vibe. Kids were in bar areas and at casino night tables which was odd.

This property was great with amazing food and cocktails. I am disappointed with the fact that this is a luxury resort and they served $5.99 wine. This is definitely not luxury and was difficult to drink. They tried to upsell wine at most dinners. Most of those wines on the list were “okay “, not luxury. I looked forward to delicious meals everyday. Breakfast was underwhelming. Lunch at Twiggy and Cleo was fantastic. Steak house was over rated in my opinion and I never tried the Asian restaurant. The resort seems to mainly cater to families with children and babies. The adult pool was fun and relaxing. Overall, I enjoyed my vacation at SLS.

First time ever staying at an all-inclusive resort but it was a great experience. Our room was great, the pool vibes and beach were amazing. Food was pretty decent and the breakfast buffet was actually stellar every morning. Would definitely come back.

The service was excellent at all dining locations and food was great. Twiggy adult pool was also amazing and loved having the beach just steps away. Our room was great and we had an ocean view so it was a beautiful view morning and evening.

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the overall amenities of the hotel. The gym was excellent—well-equipped, clean, and motivating to use daily. The beach/adult only pool service was also outstanding, attentive, and made our days by the sea and pool very enjoyable. Where we felt room for improvement was mainly at dinner. At Filia and Cleo restaurants, the service was not on par with the rest of our experience. The waiters seemed overwhelmed, and if you booked dinner later in the evening, the waiting times were very long. On one occasion, we waited over 30 minutes just for drinks, and we consistently had to request refills or additional items. The servers came across as rushed, cold, and not very attentive, which dampened the dining experience. That being said, lunch was always a pleasure—great food, smooth service, and a much more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, we loved the hotel and its facilities, but we hope management will improve the dinner service experience to match the high standard set by the rest of the property.

Our stay was incredible. The food was great!!!! Honaeable mention to the Steakhouse, and the staff were great as well! This resort definitely has a lot of families/couples but singles still have their place here with meeting other adults at the adult only pool. We had a blast over there. Downsides, their showers don’t really close properly so the area did get wet when we took showers. We had to lay down towels which is only a minor inconvenience, another downside is that there were a lot of children. We did go mid-August so maybe parents wanted to take their kids on a last minute trip before school starts. This also isn’t a resort if you’re looking for night life. Everything is closed by 10pm and there is one bar that’s open till 1am that has a DJ but the party scene there can be hit or miss. If you find friends to meet up with it could be fun but you have to create the environment. If you want nightlife you can travel to downtown Cancun in the Hotel Zone which is only like a 20-30 minute drive which is worth it. Uber is reliable. We also walked to the Punta Sam Terminal Ferry which was a 14 min walk and it was a pretty safe walk once you find where the sidewalk is. We took the ferry to Isla Mujeres. So if you are looking to get off of the resort there are def some fun AND safe things to do. Overall I rate the resort a 4.3 and would definitely come back

The hotel was just okay. The dining options were good but lacked the 5 star luster. Apparently this is not a new building. It’s an older property that has a new name (company). The rooms were okay but the shower and bathroom needed some work. The snack bar in the room only had 3 items the entire time. There are robes but no slippers and there’s no privacy in the bathroom area. The service was good in most areas. Please pack all toiletries and meds because the market is very expensive.

El hotel está hermoso!! El problema de este hotel por el cual no volvería es que tienes que hacer reservación en las cenas y si no alcanzas reservación te quedas sin cenar en un restaurante y la única opción es room service. Hay muy pocas opciones para comer porque solo los restaurantes abren por horas. No lo recomiendo para nada este lugar. Muy mala organización con respecto a los restaurantes.

The property was nice, however I didn’t like our bathroom and prices for products were insane. I needed some Calimine lotion and they wanted $23 US dollars. We walked off the property down the street and got it for $10. Not a lot to do on the property for adults but relax. If you have kids and teens it looks like a nice place.

The property is pretty nice but not very big. Our room was modern and clean but it didn't have any alcohol except beer in the fridge which was not working (everything was warm). The concierge service was helpful to manage our reservations at restaurants and spa, Marissa helped us finding lost items, she sent us the info about their entertainment program, etc. The gym looked nice, they offer group classes too which seemed to be fun. The spa was nice too but their services are definitely overpriced ($250 for a basic massage). I didn't really enjoy any restaurant, the food was just OK but we heard that it was much better when the resort was open. The Market was open only for breakfast. If you didn't make a reservation at a restaurant the only option is room service with very limited options. They have a movie theatre which is mostly used by their kids club at 4pm every day. The kids club looked good but the kids didn't really liked their activities. I was also disappointed that shows were always outside. It's very humid there, we were sweating a lot. it was absolutely impossible to keep my hair look nice, every evening it was back to "its fabric settings", lol. I loved the beach, no big waves, we all enjoyed it. The Monkey Bar is beautiful but the bartendres were not friendly at all (except Hector), it made us feel uncomfortable. We liked their sports bar (Hudson Tavern), they have a DJ almost every evening which was nice. Our stay was just OK but I don't think we come back.
