「Suite was very comfortable and spacious. Staff were helpful. The suite was very quiet which was lovely. Pool is nice, but would have been more refreshing if the water was cooler. Overall very enjoyable stay. Carlota across the road was great for breakfast. Good coffee! 」

「It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Mexico & all inclusive and this trip was beyond amazing. The food options were phenomenal as were the drink options. The property always had events daily all the while trying to keep you engaged. Pools were great! Upon arriving staff was PHENOMENAL! Pepe was great with letting me know immediately upon arrival what to expect. The only thing I wish there was more of was music at the pool, this would be a great addition for guests to enjoy their time...

「The property is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The beach is amazing with the ability to walk quite far on a shoreline. When you get to the hotel, make sure to make dinner reservation for their evening restaurants because they are amazing. We really liked the Asian and Mediterranean ones. Rooms get cleaned twice a day which is nice. One thing we didn't like was a buffet with small food options and it's the same every day. I wish we were told that we could eat at the restaurants...

「Superbe hôtel. Idéalement situé à 3 min à pied de la plage et de la 5 eme avenue, mais sur la partie plus calme donc fortement très agréable. Proche de tous commerces. Les 3 piscines sur le toit sont extraordinaires. La vue est sublime. La piscine est propre. Le Gym est ouvert longtemps et bien fourni. Il y a un parking gratuit dans l’hôtel. Les appartements sont très bien, tout comfort et spacieux pour 2. Un peu bruyant car le notre donnait sur l’ascenseur. Je ne peux que recommander...
