"The property is a bit dated and small compared to the larger hotels around it, but it is well maintained and very clean. The bathrooms really need an update. We had a room that opened onto the pool. View was excellent. Bar was nice but a bit expensive $10 for a cocktail $5 beer. Food was also $$ $10 for an order of guacamole and $12 for a quesadilla. There arent many restaurants around so you are reliant on Taxis which are $150 pesos to surrounding restaurants or ride to the ferry."

"Excellent location in Cozumel. Walkable to everything. Formerly the Suites Bahia, hotel has been completely redone. Room was beautiful, AC was cold, and bed was fantastic. Friendly staff and nice rooftop pool to lounge by or cool off. We will definitely be back."

"Casa Mexicana is a great place to stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to the ferry, shops, and restaurants nearby. The only downside is that the pool closes at 9:00 p.m., and I wish the bar stayed open later as well. Monica, the bartender, was very attentive and made our stay fun and enjoyable with her friendly service. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return."

"We love Casa Del Mar staff and amenities. The food is really good from the menu but they will also customize for your needs. They make a great margarita from scratch versus a mix using limes from Mexico and Squirt (ask for the recipe). The ocean views from your room are breathtaking at sunset. They have their own private beach area and you can snorkel right at the hotel. We find it to be a great value."
