“We enjoyed our five night stay at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. We really enjoyed the pool and towels were available from the front desk. The breakfast was tasty and the staff quickly remembered who we were. We really appreciated the air conditioning in the hot July heat. ”

“This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. “Casa Mexicana has been my go-to place to stay for the past 6 years. Located right downtown, it's very convenient and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. There are always Taxis waiting just in front which makes it easy to go anywhere on the island. The staff at Casa Mexicana are all very friendly and do everything they can to make my stay comfortable.
