All of the staff was incredibly wonderful. They were very helpful anytime we had questions. The bartenders were always making sure everyone was having fun. One thing that could use improvement is the restaurant booking system. It seemed that it just made more sense to go to the lobby and book your restaurant for the evening rather than battle the website or app which always showed everything was full. I have also stated all inclusive before where you could book multiple restaurants for a few days rather than the pressure of having to do it each morning, especially if you have an excursion. I also found that the restaurants weren’t even full when you went so that we made it frustrating that a lot of times you couldn’t get a reservation. The food was good, not the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive, but I always left full! One of my favourite things about this resort was how compact all of the amenities were. While I wouldn’t say it’s a tiny resort, everything was within a 3 to 5 minute walk at the most. All of the restaurants were together, and all the entertainment was really close to the restaurants. The spa was lovely as well! We were very burnt when we went and they did a good job nurturing our sunburns while still giving us a relaxing massage/facial.

The resort was lovely, with a large variety of options for eating. Our butler Carlos was amazing, and made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. The beach was lovely, but I do recommend water shoes, because there are some random rocks and such under the water. We had an issue with our room, but our butler Carlos, the maintenance staff, and the rest of the staff were attentive worked in a timely fashion for a solution. The staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

We found the room to be clean; however, the furniture was heavily stained and in need of updating. There was no hot tub on the property, which was disappointing. The tennis and pickleball courts were the worst I’ve ever played on. The surface was a mix of sand and grass, which prevented the pickleball from bouncing properly and made it unsafe to run on. They need to convert at least one of the courts to a real Pickleball court, and resurface the tennis court. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. However, we did not receive enough information about the activities available—especially adult evening activities—which made it difficult to fully enjoy what the resort had to offer. Additionally, due to the way restaurant reservations are set up, it is very unlikely that you’ll be able to dine at one of the specialty restaurants on your first night. Instead, you are directed to the buffet, which is only appealing for one visit at most - and that should be breakfast

Staff were nice. All the restaurants were good except the Brazilian, meat was horrible. Buffet was great. Lots to do, pools were clean. Beach was a bit small but I knew that booking. Seaweed was always on beach which isn’t common for end of Feb. they tried their best to clean it up everyday.

We stayed at Ocean Coral & Turquesa from February 15–23 with Privilege amenities and had an amazing trip. We split our stay between a Privilege Garden View room (second building near the Privilege Lounge) and the Privilege Master Suite (third building with a beautiful ocean view). The Master Suite was a standout. Huge room, dining table, extra bathroom, and a Jacuzzi tub on the balcony with an outdoor shower. The ocean view made it even better. It felt spacious, private, and worth the upgrade. The highlight of our stay was the butler service. Carlos was outstanding. He booked all our dinner reservations, made our room transfer effortless, checked in daily, and kept us informed about activities. Everything was smooth because of him. Eduardo was attentive on the night shift and always available in the evenings. Antonio, who served at the kids’ beach pool area, was fantastic and even made fresh smoothies on some days, which we loved. Angel provided excellent evening service in the Privilege Lounge, and all of the breakfast and lunch servers there were attentive and welcoming. They remembered us each day, which made a difference. Jesus at the Privilege Bar was great, the bartender at El Beso was excellent, and even the towel service team was friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed, but this visit truly stood out because of the service. The staff made it special from start to finish.

Gracias. Tuvimos una insistencia con una persona. El cual cuando pregunté por su nombre no me lo quisieron dar debido que era un ejecutivo. Y fue muy grosero con el personal.

Booked Ocean Coral & Turquesa through Expedia and had a fantastic week in Puerto Morelos with my wife. We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade to a master suite with an ocean view, which made the trip feel extra special. The resort is calm and relaxing, not a party scene, and it’s a great size so everything is easy to reach. Food and drinks were consistently great, and the staff were wonderful. Alberto (our butler) was especially helpful, and the WhatsApp support made booking taxis and trips simple. Only drawback was the seaweed on the beach/ocean at the moment, which isn’t the resort’s fault. Overall, excellent value and an easy 5/5.

Resort was very nice. Maybe in need of some updating but nice. We went for the Privilege upgrade and we felt it was well worth it. We enjoyed the restaurants and beach and pool amenities. Best restaurant was definitely the Blue Moon. We didn't try any buffets so I don't know how they are. Mikes Coffee was great. Delicious coffees and sweet treats. You will see raccoons and cats running around but they don't bother you. We would definitely go back.

Overall just ok, it’s below from what I’m expecting. The room was ok but not so clean. Pool area needed more chairs and need additional staff to take drink orders. We stayed 4 nights and the food from their buffet are always the same, no other choices. The only restaurant we enjoyed the most is their Mexican Restaurant but need a reservation which is not so hard to do.
