「The staff is amazing , Val and Majoo are the best , don't lose them they made the trip top notch , went above and beyond excellent serv, got me a hair appointment that was amazing!!! The new GM was a great addition as well! I've stayed there Many times and have seen a lot of changes . He was very present and expressed genuine concern. This was a solo trip , I feel safe and well taken care of at the fives oceanfront 」

「Muy Bien Cuidada todas sus instalaciones 」

「Very nice place, our stay was phenomenal. We have stayed in many similar places but this one is by far the best, my research and evaluations have paid off. Every staff member was friendly, professional and ensured we are well taken care of. Beach did not have seaweed except one morning (it is seaweed season in this area) but the hotel ensures the sand gets cleaned daily. This is a jungle style paradise, you’d see plenty of wildlife and we have witnessed turtles laying eggs at the hotel beach...
