Excellent Service/ 5 star Food was really good at the nicer resteraunt , especially the steakhouse. Dont order the pizza, at the Italian resteraunt, its average. Lasagna was delicious 😋. Tip your house cleaner $5 dollars a day,, bartenders, and leave 2 dollars per meal at the Boathouse and Land Shark. $5 at the nicer resteraunts. Dont go into Playa, its expensive and run down. Licence To Chill bar was excellent as were the outdoor buffet.

The staff was absolutely amazing all the way around. Victor, Raphael & Gibraltar from the Salted Rim great!!! Food was delicious especially at the specialty restaurants. Laura from Landshark Bar and Grill great waitress. Moises from the pool bar he was hoot. Only down fall was the sargasm but that’s not their fault and it does not have beach access.

The facilities and staff were awesome. The photos online show a beach and there was not a beach. This resort is limited on dining options. It’s not the properties fault but I guess July is the time for the sea grass to come in and it smells horrible outside.

Loved the hotel and it's amenities. Rooms were beautiful and clean. We had a great view of the ocean. Loved using the wristbands to get into your rooms instead of cards. I like beer and wish there was more of a selection available at the pools. Also wish the beach was an option.

This is a beautiful resort. It is very clean and the staff couldn’t be better. We never had a bad meal. We did have trouble figuring out the light switches. To no fault of the resort the smell from the sea weed was awful. I would highly recommend this resort.

I had the best time and the rooms are so nice as well as the property itself. The balconies are so spacious however there’s no privacy as each one is connected. All the restaurants were delicious but my favorite were the jackfruit tostadas from the grill. They have vegan/ vegetarian options. The service was excellent I mean 100/100

We stayed Thursday to Monday. Resort was clean, staff went above and beyond and we would definitely return to this resort. We saw tons of reviews about the seaweed but it was not bad and did not impact our stay at all!!! 100% recommend.

The horrible smell that led threw most of the hotel was inconspicuous. The staff claim it was the seaweed. I could be wrong but to me it smelled like they had a raw sewer issued possibly along with the seaweed. The crazy part is they could camouflage the smell in the common spots like the lobby when you first come in, the gym, and also the prestigious room they take you on a tour to try and get you to purchase a membership similar to a timeshare, but when it comes to the luxury rooms it smelled like shiiit. When you walk around you need a mask sprayed with perfume to not gag and throwup. Also with all inclusive they like to give you the cheap alcoholic knock off drinks instead of what you truly ordered. You have to watch them.

This resort is top notch! The property is beautiful, clean and the staff treats you like royalty. The food options are fantastic. My only complaint is there is no beach due to a hurricane wiped out the sandy beach. I will definitely be back because I can always take a beach excursion somewhere else.

This hotel was so incredible! The staff were all exceptional. We felt very welcome and safe! Restaurants were delicious! We were not happy with the quality of the food from room service but that was our only complaint. We had a swim up king suite and it was definitely worth the upgrade! We look forward to returning :)

Drinks at the pool bars were watered down half and half - confirmed and observed by a bartender 3. Seaweed smell was overpowering at times 4. No daily lunch buffet option - only breakfast til 11:00 5. Restaurant options - fair - Landshark was horrible - Steakhouse was excellent and Frank and Lola's was very good
