" We were brought to another resort for a “tour” but was being pretty forced to buy timeshare bs. Waste of an entire day. Said it would be 90 minutes and it was 4 hours. I’ll be sure to let people know to not do that and we are so upset about it "

"This resort smells like turtle water only the bathroom smells good the stink smell is every where. Food- very bland and did not pay homage to the culture. there are only 4 options of dine buffet/ steakhouse (requires reservations *hard to do ) ( Mexican - always packed / Italian ( just what’s left but not seasoning. They do not have enough staff for the amount of people that are at the resort the visitor to staff ratio is very unbalanced. BEACH - is completely dirty the water is brown and you should not get in it they Have water activities that no one is doing because the space they want you to stay in is so limited. But the water looks infected and there is trash washing up on the shore. The beach are is super small. POOL THE pool area is annoying they have too meny people and not enough beach chairs they don’t have enough towels they are always running out and there is a 2 hour wait for fresh ones because of the early hold my chair all day at the pool people. DRINKS - all watered down they taste like absolutely nothing best drink i had WAS A GINGER-ALE.they advertise drinks that they do not have the ingredients for everything shuts down at 10pm there will be nothing to do on the resort after 935pm. KIDS - this is highly recommend for kids under 10 that are small if you have a big kid that is over 150cm they will not get to do anything except go to baby daycare and they might not like it because of all the small size kiddos is what it caters To."

"This was the first time we travelled to Riviera Maya Margaritaville and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff, food, and cleanliness of Margaritaville was beyond our expectations. However,a little disappointed that the beach was not accessible. We will definitely be returning in the near future. One of the best resorts. "

Overall, it’s a very luxurious and relaxing place, and we would be more than happy to return again."
