"10/10 experience We had such a great time! The staff was so nice! The food was amazing 10/10! The activities were entertaining! Our room was so nice and big and clean! We definitely want to go back! "The staff were all amazing! They were so friendly and every single day we were greeted with smiles. Carlos helped organize an excursion for my sister and I and his recommendations made our day out to Tulum, Cenote Nohoch Nah Chich, and Akumal one of the best experiences of my life. The spa was amazing and Rosie was the best massage therapist, checking to make sure pressure was okay, and taking her time on my knotted shoulders. The hydrotherapy was also amazing. I could have spent all day there. The only thing I did not like was the lack of designated smoking areas. There was only one all the way up in the lobby, but luckily our rooms weren't too far away. It would have been nice to have a designated smoking area far enough from other guests but closer to the pool so we did not have to walk through the lobby in towels, but that is a very minor issue at least for us. Overall, 10/10. Our stay was perfect and I would 100% return to this resort in the future."
