“We liked the huge pools and you could get hamburgers on the beach.”

“We have always enjoyed this property. Unfortunately, we booked a King suite through Expedia and when we arrived it was not available and the property gave us a suite with full sized beds. Not sure if it was an Expedia or Joia issue.”

“Most restaurants closed at 3pm. The staff sends you away. Not inclusive as some liquors and wines only available for purchase. Buyer beware from Expedia. Resort credits of $400 is only if you spend $100 then off $25 so you’ll need to spend thousands to get the full $400 credit. I was supposed to get a wine bottle each day and that was not done either. And many of the restaurant s did not have the wine available from the limited selection. Mediocre food - do your research!”

“I have had serval dissatisfaction and disappointment events from staff to service , Expedia says that there’s room service but there is a cut off time which is not mentioned, I didn’t get the bedroom selected on my reservation and many others, However it’s always best for each to have their own experience.”

“Beautifully laid out property with natural landscaping, an interesting howler monkey rehabilitation program onsite, and meandering footpaths and foot bridges connecting you to the resort areas. Food was very good and the beach was beautiful. One of the best and most pleasant resorts in Playacar. Good tip: When shopping in town, insist on using your credit card and pay in U.S. dollars. Let your bank card do the currency exchange for you. Don't fall victim to sneaky math or offerings of 'free'……
