“Esta lindo y limpio ”

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Just as the rooms have been renovated, the pools should be too; most of the built-in pool jacuzzis don't work. I stayed at the hotel 14 years ago, and everything was working back then.”

“Yo tuve una pésima experiencia ya que por compras en EXPEDIA la estadía un error el Cual no me resolvieron la reservación estaba 4 personas y solo la Confirmaron para dos y no quisieron hacerse responsables y me tocó pagar por Los niños n el hotel adicional a eso perdimos Todo el Día y me tuvieron en recepción 3 Horas por nada fue fatal l experiencia en general”
