Great stay with lots of nature and animals. The kids loved the peacocks, flamingos and the pool. The convenience and the efficiency of the laundry service were so helpful. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. I’d visit again.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Our stay was 6 days and boredom was never an issue. From the pools, to the beach and all the different shows at night, there was always some to peek your interest. The wildlife were fun to watch as well. Beautiful experience!

On the whole, the food was okay. However, the temperature of the food could improve and the fruits were bland. Pool area is lovely and what's not to like about a beautiful beach and the ocean. The wildlife is awesome and the flammingos strutting through the lobby are hilarious! Our room was clean and neat. The staff were all friendly.

Buffet was gross, cold items left out for long periods. Roped into sales presentation for 3 HOURS! Not enough golf carts to get around the place- it was huge! Reservation restaurants were also not great. Best place to eat was the burger shop or grill on the beach. Bottom shelf liquor. Room was clean. Staff was not very helpful when asking questions- sorry I don’t speak Spanish. Shopping mall was OK- VERY OVERPRICED! Bag of chips was 17 dollars! Not coming back

Amazing property - it is huge! For a one to 10’day trip you won’t run out of things to do. The best part was the staff everyone very attentive. Food was great with multiples of great themed restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool and beach bars - drinks were plentiful And great. This was our first time but will come back for sure! Marko the shuttle driver at the hotel was awesome so was Jorge. Juan our waiter at breakfast was great and our favorite was Rosando the lifeguard he made the trip special. Thank you

Food was amazing and the beach/pools are fantastic and the staff is mostly very friendly and helpful. The resort is massive and it can be difficult to navigate, especially the first couple of days. Don't bother with the waterpark passes (which doesn't include the lazy river) unless you have young children. The slides aren't great.

The grounds are stunning. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. What really stood out was the service which was really excellent. From the moment we arrived to when we left, we felt taken care of. We ate at most of the restaurants and the food was very good at each one. The entertainment was fun and there were lots of activities. The spa was wonderful! I highly recommend this destination and a shoutout to Omar and Angel for truly making us feel like family.

We have traveled over the holidays twice to Iberostar Del Mar Cancun. We find it to be clean, food options are great. Accommodations for gluten free and vegan are becoming more available. The tropical environment of the resort is fantastic. But what makes this place so special, is the staff. They are friendly, helpful, and make you feel like family. Highly recommend. The on sight nightly shows and lobby activities make it fun.
