I’m diabetic and my insulin pump died while I was there and they went above and beyond to get me insulin and syringes from off the resort. Completely saved our trip. The food was incredible for the most part and our family had the best time! My only complaint was the air conditioning shutting off when we left the room. Things never really cooled off but it could have been worse.

Room was ok, and the staff was great. Since the other cheaper Iberostar resorts can use our resort, I question why we pay more for it if they get the same things. The staff never said no to the other colored wrist bands at the bars or food?

5 star experience! We went to Barcelo Maya Beach last year and felt that the Iberostar resort was better in almost every aspect! The staff was great. Tomas with the entertainment staff was fantastic! Our son (8) looked forward to seeing him each day. The food was great. Our room was great. We would definitely return to this resort in the future!

Food was good not great and you have to pay attention to when each restaurant opens and closes closely. Amazing property and service and it very spread out so it doesn’t feel crowded.

Property was pretty clean for being a busy resort. Food choices were decent although the few restaurants onsite that require reservations, definitely need to make in advance before you arrive. Staff is friendly and the drinks were good. Close to the beach and great swimming areas. Pools were nice and the onsite entertainment was fun.

Excellent cleaning crew exceptional entertainment crew food wasn’t quite as good as last year but it was still above the average all inclusive resort. Drinks were decent all the way around… pool/beach wait staff slower service than average but not bad at all… shows were top notch every night!

Air conditioner in a room was so loud and was jumping in every 10 minutes. Horrible
Wednesday dinner at la Pagoda restaurant shrimp with garlic sauce gave me food poisoning. Its Saturday and im still sick.
