“We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)”

“We loved our stay and recommend a room with the ocean front view. Our room was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic and the service/staff was excellent. We enjoyed the private beach, their massage services and their roof top infinity pool. Our stay here definitely made our trip to Playa del Carmen worth while and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We intend to visit again in the near future and we believe this will be our go to hotel going forward. 5 stars!”

“O hotel foi ótimo, os quartos eram bem espaçosos e fomos bem recebidos. A área da piscina no rooftop é maravilhosa, com uma linda vista do mar. As camas eram super confortáveis. “The hotel has a classic appearance, and considering how near it is to 5th Avenue it was remarkably quiet (not silent, but not loud either). Room was clean and comfortable, the staff very kind.
