"This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. "We stayed here for the first time in June - me, my husband, and three kids (10, 7, 3). We had an amazing time! The food was delicious at all the restaurants (we especially loved Momo and Flamingos), the drinks were yummy, views amazing, and staff exceptional. A few highlights: -Entertainment and Kids crew were FANTASTIC. Fernando and Moises had our kids involved in every volleyball game, every race etc. They were so much fun and brought so much energy. Leslie, Yara, Maria, and Diane with the kids crew were something else. They remembered our kids names and would go looking for them, making sure they knew about all the activities for the day. There was face painting, glitter tattoos, key chain and bracelet making, games, etc. not to mention the fun kids room. They were so kind and my kiddos had so much fun with them. -We also had so many great servers throughout the week - Omar and Betsabe. Shout out to Antonio at Flamingo and Chacaron at Momo who helped make those restaurants so delightful. Martha at the breakfast brunch...sweetest lady EVER. We would walk in and she would come give us all hugs and talk to the kids. -One of our favorite parts of the trip was the snorkeling off the dock. We went almost daily! We saw beautiful fish, an eel, and manta rays right off the resort. The resort has snorkeling gear to use along with long boards and kayaks. No need to even ever leave. I would come back here a thousand %!"

"The hotel is wonderful and thr staff is amazing, I lost my flight due to maintenance issues and reached out the hotel, they promptly move my stay one day so I dont lose anything. The only thing I could add in top of everything that was already amazing is a suggestion to have a ice-cream kiosk where you can eat during the day as you can drink alcohol during the entire day. But that is just a suggestion I will definitely come back here more times Thanks The Westin Cozumel team!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Cozumel. It was our first time at the resort and all the amenities, staff, shows, food were wonderful. Our king size room was beautiful and just a couple steps to the pier and pool. The food was delicious, I did recall someone mentioning it was blah and no flavor and I couldn't disagree more. The spices were flavorful from the breakfast buffet to all the specialty restaurants. It was wonderful having everything there including their help with excursions. The staff were amazing. The shows were wonderful, our favorite was the fire show. I was at first apprehensive on their filter water, but they prove me wrong. I love how sustainable everything is. It's definitely a peaceful location and having nature all around was amazing. I highly suggest this resort!"
