“We stayed for 14 night in May 2026 and had a wonderful time. The buffet and specialty restaurants were very good with great choices for all meals. Beach and pool areas were great with plenty of shaded loungers available and drink service by wait staff and bartenders. The beach was kind of dirty at times with cans and cups not picked up properly, otherwise the grounds and pool were well maintained. We enjoyed seeing the many animals every day. The shows each night were OK. We really enjoyed……

“Such a relief from the property we originally booked in town. The rooms were soundproof. Staff very nice and hotel was everything we wanted. Scuba with Chris is recommended!!! ”

“This is an incredibly beautiful hotel in the heart of Cozumel. The owner has literally thought of everything when designing it. The rooms are spacious and are decorated as an upscale hotel. The rooms are well thought out and have a beautifully tiled walk in rain shower for the ultimate in relaxation. The roof has an infinity pool overlooking the water. So much fun to watch the cruise ships coming in and out of port. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! Book your room……

“This is our third year going to the Melia. The rooms are very accommodating. Shampoo, conditioner, and body washes provided. The staff are beyond wonderful. They greet you and always make sure you have what you need. There’s plenty of food nicely displayed in the main restaurant and the other two places service is amazing. The guys at the bar are always fun and make sure that whatever drink you want they can make it. Pool areas is always kept spotless. There’s some sort of entertainment……
