“Muy buen lugar, así empiezan las descripciones, pero quedan cortas las palabras expresar que; casi no quisieras descansar por contemplar sus vistas a la naturaleza, y lo fácil que es relajarse y consentirse con sus vistas dentro de la habitación y jazuzzi. En familia es una maravilla y entre miradas intercambiadas con tu pareja es excepcional. El personal de apoyo muy sólidos tras "bambalinas" y el WhatsApp. Un invitado de gala entre la realeza maya. “Rooms were spotless and serviced every day. Beautiful stay in the middle of woods with a serene and accessible beach. We stayed 5 nights with all inclusive package.
Things we loved:
- Direct access to the water to snorkel and it was worth it
- Beautiful location
-Beautiful architecture -love how the light hit the chandeliers in the main area
- Clean rooms
-Clean pools
- Great staff (except front desk)
-Loved the New Years celebration

“The room was very clean, the staff at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent and close to many restaurants, shops and taxis were just outside. We didn't get a chance to try the pool but we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again should we visit Cozumel on another occasion. ”
