“Property does need a refurbish.
All employees are well trained, very cordial. Food was good, not great. Beef & pork were both tuff at Bordeaux. Wines were also lacking. House wine was a cabarnet, merlot, chardonnay, & sauvignon blanc from Chile. All '25 vintage. Very young wine ! Especially the reds. Also to adjust the thermostat, you need an engineering degree. Beach is great BUT alot of rocks make it difficult to get in. Seems like a couple of paths could be cleared.”

“Snorkeling was fantastic. Staff was good. Food was pretty good. The hotel was a sauna. Their air conditioning doesn’t work properly. We couldn’t get the temperature in our room any cooler than 26 Degrees Celsius (79 Degrees Fahrenheit). We cut our 7 day stay to one day and moved to a different hotel. Hard to imagine anyone wants to pay so much money for rooms with no air conditioning.”

“The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible and that we had everything we wanted/needed. All inclusive is definitely the way to go!! Loved the beach right outside our door, and there were different shows to go to every night. So many different activities to do at the resorts as well as in town. Will definitely book again and bring family with us!!!”
