不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
It’s hard to believe this is a Hyatt Resort. Compared to the other Hyatt resorts we e stayed at and loved, this one was horrible. The resort needs a lot of TLC. Rooms need to be painted. Plumbing was an issue the entire trip. Never had a hot shower the entire 6 night stay. One person at the front desk to check people in. Staff wasn’t friendly and engaging. We paid for a swim up ocean view room. We had a tiny view of the ocean if standing in one spot of the patio. Missing pool tiles everywhere. Concrete step to get out of swim up pool was badly cracked and looked like to was about to crumble if you stepped on it. Food was nothing to brag about. Found out that 2 restaurants are for Preferred guests for breakfast and lunch (no where does it say that on the website). We had to wait over a hour to eat every night. We tried to eat at the sushi restaurant and it was a 3 hour wait. No such thing as top shelf drinks! Absolutely no night life. Beach drink service is a joke. We waited 45 minutes for drinks and finally moved to the pool. Both pool and beach need more than 1 waiter.
I will say the temperature in the rooms was nice and the beds were comfy. That’s about my only positive review.
I asked to speak to the manager about our room not being ocean view and she said someone would get in touch with me. Never did. And still hasn’t!
Visiting with other guests, they all agreed this was a horrible resort!
