"I realize maintenance has to be done, but when you book a property that you have enjoyed 8 times before and you get there and the main pool, theatre are down for maintenance really sucks. Also the food was really awful, buffet was basically the same several nights in a row and the sit down restaurants we’re trying to hard to be something they are not.(steak in both restaurants were tasteless) The nightly entertainment was the worse it has been in the 8 times we’ve been there. The property use to make use feel like royalty when we were there and we really didn’t get nothing like that this time."
