“Mi habitación estaba recientemente remodelada, pero otras personas del grupo con quienes viajaba tuvieron que solicitar cambios por situaciones en sus habitaciones. El personal muy amable y servicial.”

“Our Swimout Junior Suite was great! Beautiful convenient location! Staff was awesome! It was a little different that restaurants seemed to rotate being open. The buffet was always open though. All in all it was a Dream of a stay!”

“Food is pretty bad. We got the all inclusive package and the food is just not good. Definitely don't try their bbq ribs. Also the breakfast buffet is not good either.”

“My wife and I loved our stay here. The staff was super friendly and always accommodating. The dinning options were nice and diverse. They required you to make reservations each night, but when we went it wasn’t crowded and didn’t have any issues walking in at any time. We loved the fact that you didn’t need to pay for cabanas and everything was on a first come first serve basis.”

“Noisy rooms. My husband could not sleep. Could hear silver wear clanking in the morning and noise throughout. Maybe for families who don’t mind noise, not for people wishing to relax. They did allow us to cancel because they were unable to accommodate us with a baby at their other property. ”

“Beach was beautiful. There were a couple of sargassum days but they worked really hard to keep it clear. Staff was nice, especially in the buffet restaurant. Those servers were on top of it. Food was subpar, two restaurants that were alacart were either closed or hard to get a reservation even with the upgraded room. Room was very outdated, but it is an island so some leniency probably needed for construction limitations. Pool was also not great as in the adult pool most of the pool was too……
