The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias. The rooms were fantastic,better than expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went to all restaurants on both resorts. All good. Pool is freezing but the ocean is warm. Definitely better with water shoes for snorkeling. Ran out of wine one day but otherwise all good.

We liked the accessibility to Secrets. We actually ate a lot of the meals at Secrets. The pool volleyball was a lot of fun. Snorkeling was good. Lots of good beach for long walks. We will return to this resort after the renovation of Sunscape into a larger dreams/ secrets.

The staff was amazing. It was my birthday trip and felt pampered the entire time. We even signed up for the time share (curiosity) and were asked for 90 minutes of our time and to please be honest and say yes or no, not maybe. After 4 hours and us declining every single option between 4 different people we were able to leave the sales area. Our first interaction with Daphne and Mike were very pleasant. A different women who came out after them was very different meeting unpleasant. She did not like us declining her offers.

The ocean front swim up was amazing. Only 26 steps to the sea for me. The bar was easy access and the selection of drinks was good. My favorite drink was the blue Hawaiian. The employees were friendly, as well.

Don’t book Dreams/secrets. They went out of their way to not communicate things like an exorbitant “dock fee” to a fiasco moving rooms where they promised one thing then didn’t follow through. We had to repack multiple times and move rooms twice. It appears the resort has gone downhill recently and is not what it once was. The food wasn’t bad, the bar supplies were always missing. Towels were not available and the resort appears to be neglected. Will not stay there again. If you are a diver, they will try to force you to use their preferred diving operation. I use the same dive operator and the resort staff for aggressive pushing their operator. Sad situation

The Dreams resort was a "dream", the staff were all so nice and helpful, they truly made an effort to make our stay a special one. The island and resort are beautiful. I highly recommend this resort.

This was my first all-inclusive vacation. While I had nothing to compare it to, I am definitely not disappointed. Beautiful place and the staff, as well as other guests, were all very friendly and kind. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
