Horrible experience! I arrived about 9 PM, and the front desk is operated by two different hotels. The hotel I was staying at did not have a person at the front desk, and I ended up being double charged because the woman who checked me and did not know how the other system worked for the other hotel. It’s been two weeks that I’ve been trying to get this corrected on my AMEX, and the hotel refuses to cooperate. Hotels.com has not been of any help, and I’ve had to go to American Express to file the dispute. Such a waste, find a big hotel that can assist you instead of trying to save a few bucks.
