This was my 6th stay at this particular property with every intention to return. Le Blanc continues to impress with exceptional service, great food, and a beautiful and luxurious atmosphere. It always feels like coming home

The customer service was exceptional, truly enhancing our experience. The resort itself was a stunning oasis, with beautifully designed landscapes and inviting architectural details. I particularly enjoyed the spa and pool areas, which offered a serene escape with their tranquil ambiance and luxurious amenities. I cannot praise the staff enough; they were not only incredibly attentive but also genuinely warm and welcoming, making our stay even more memorable. Each interaction felt personal and thoughtful, contributing to an overall atmosphere of comfort and care.

Overall happy with the hotel. Did NOT like the pressure from staff member pushing to sign us up for a lecture to buy future vacation time!! I was there to relax and not to be pushed to do something l didn’t want to do!

Great stay! Credits were difficult to figure out and we didn’t really receive a benefit from them (kept being told the VIP benefit didn’t apply). Sometimes difficult to get room cleaned. But those are minor complaints, on the whole loved our stay.
