We had the best time! Service-Excellent Pool-Excellent Food-Excellent Beach-Okay. Water was pretty, but not accessible due to the amount of the rocks. Plus, large amount of the Sargasm blooms on the beach, but that’s not their fault. We would definitely return to Hilton Playa Del Carmen.

The service from everyone was TOP NOTCH. Luis the catering manager and his staff in SPICE and MARIA P Restaurant really went out of their way for us.
