We recently stayed at your property from and feel compelled to share our experience, which was sadly well below expectations.
Check‑in & Dinner Reservation
Upon arrival, check‑in took nearly one hour, causing us to miss our dinner reservation. When we requested to secure a later slot, staff couldn’t guarantee it—this was very frustrating after such a long wait.
Room Malfunctions & Maintenance
Our original room had multiple issues:
Our Safe did not work, the sink malfunctioned
The managers arranged an upgrade the next day, but the new room was equally dysfunctional
Balcony/patio lights remained out, Toilet failed
I had to call four times in one day to request assistance—and even then, each response was slow or inadequate. Lastl was the Lack of Hospitality: Housekeeping never refilled our towels or bottled water, even after several reminders. On the last day, we placed a room service order that never arrived, and no one followed up.
Overall, it felt like staff were more focused on tips than genuine service, and the resort lacked hospitality, excitement, and attentiveness. Small issues became large inconveniences because the team failed to proactively care.
Given the severity and multi‑department nature of these issues—front desk, maintenance, On the last day, we placed a room service order that never arrived, and no one followed up.
We were here in march of same year 2025 and let me tell you the service was so much better!
