This was my first time at an AI Family Resort. Typically I go to adults only properties. The amenities were beautiful. Service and drinks were not that good. All things considered, my child (5) had a blast in the pool and at the beach and we would return.

So much variety at the resort, especially for families with kids! The staff were friendly and fun, the food options were delicious, the beach was very nice and the pools and water slides were super fun! Would come back here for sure!!

Excellent resort! Close to airport. Property was clean and gorgeous. Rooms were spacious but beds were too small for 2 adults. Food and staff were excellent. Concierge right in your room block was so convenient and super helpful. Shows and activities plentiful and entertaining. Went with 1 adult and 10 and 13 year old and would definitely go again.

Excellent family resort with something for everyone. It seemed no matter where we went the staff were all incredibly tolerant and engaged with all of the kids and as a family with two small children it put us at ease when ours eventually acted out here and there because it seemed as though 2/3 groups there were there with children. Would highly recommend and we will certainly be coming back on our next trip to Mexico.
